I have been so excited about sharing this project. I usually save my most favorite CHA creation for last, and finally, here it is!
I was super thrilled to get to create an Idea-ology booth sample with the new Configurations Print Trays. I absolutely loved every minute of working on this tray. I wasn't sure where I was heading with it when I sat down with it. I began by just gathering elements I liked and wanted to incorporate. Soon, a theme developed and the tray developed into a little snapshot of me.
I ended up taking a ton of pictures of the tray before shipping it off. So many that I just can't get them all into one post so I am breaking it into two posts. First I will share the overall project and then tomorrow focus on each inside section.
I stamped on a strip of patterned paper from the Lost and Found Paper Stash using the Fabulous Flourishes stamp set. I added color with Copic markers and then sanded over the paper using a Sanding Grip and then added Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
After I filled each section with paper, I added Tissue Tape (the new Sketchbook pattern) to all of the edges. I brushed Vintage Photo over the taped edges.
{happy sigh} I love, love, love each one of these little spaces! Just looking at each one makes me smile. Tomorrow I will share more about each space, until then, here are a few more peeks at the whole tray.
I hope you will check back tomorrow for more about this project!
