For my final BasicGrey CHA project, I have another frame project to share, this time featuring the Hopscotch collection. I picked up this frame on clearance at Hobby Lobby. It is a trash to treasure piece since the original was in pretty rough shape.
I recovered the front of the frame with the Penny Candy patterned paper and then layered on several flowers in different layers for lots of dimension.
I created a round fan fold flower using the blue Ribbon Doilies. I added a Stitched Brad to the center.
I created a second flower out of the striped pennant shaped Ribbon Doilies. I topped it with a Pops dimensional sticker.
The remaining flowers are all Pops dimensional stickers.
I added a Epoxy Sticker butterfly to two corners. I adhered both using adhesive foam squares which lifted both off of the frame adding more dimension.
On the inside backing I applied adhesive over the entire surface. I placed a Doilies laser cut cardstock piece over the frame backing. I sprinkled fine glitter over the surface into the still exposed adhesive.
I added rub-ons around the frame opening. These super cute rub-on borders are from the Hello Luscious collection. Even though they are part of that collection, I think they are a great go with anything design.
Tomorrow I plan on sharing my Idea-ology Printers Tray. I am pretty sure that it is my most favorite creation to date. I can't wait to tell you about all of the details!
