I am always looking for ways to make things run a little better and smoother here on my blog. Lately, whether you could tell or not, it hasn't been smooth. My site was moved to a new server and it was was really wonky. I kept going over bandwidth and having my site shut down. Rather than remove features that I loved sharing, like all of the vintage images, I decided to look for a different solution. As I began looking for new options for sharing the vintage images I ended up looking at Typepad. As I began tinkering aroudn and trying it out, I discovered that I really liked the Typepad set up. As I added more and more content I found that it was a great fit for everything that I wanted to offer, all in one place. I could share all of my tutorial downloads right here on the site as well as offer all of the vintage images in an easier to view format. (As you can see, the images are all in albums in the right column broken up in categories. It is so much easier to browse through and find something you might want!)
So here I am, in a new home with a great design and freshened up graphics courtesy of Bradford Web Design. While it looks kind of the same, it is better, sleeker, and a lot more efficient, especially for me. I hope you like the changes!
