So I have been biting at the bit to share some new papercraft things with you! These are all brand new lines from BasicGrey which are being debuted this week at CHA in Orlando. I have four projects to share and will post one each day for the next four days. First up, Eerie!
For this project I painted a wood shadowbox frame black and then covered the face with pattern paper. I distressed the edges to give it a worn and rickety look.
I used a ton of pop dots to give each element a ton of dimension. Each piece is on a different layer.
You can't really tell in the photos, but the moon behind the witch is glittered. Some of these elements, like the owl are new dimensional stickers that are new. Some of the other items, like the house and the witch are regular flat stickers that I cut and layered.
The bat is hanging from thread so that he moves.
I love the spooky owl perched on the letters.
I think I will share my Eskimo Kisses project tomorrow so be sure to come back and check it out!
