A custom order Caroline Bonnet:

I have been such a neglectful blogger!  I have been so busy lately with so many things that I just have not taken the time to come here and share.  I have made a ton of new things lately but sharing them here just hasn't happened.  One of these days I will get caught up, maybe. . . I do want to share a few photos today of a custom bonnet I just finished.  This version of my Caroline bonnet is on its way to be a sweet little girl's first Easter bonnet.  I am so thrilled that her mom chose one of my bonnets for such a special day! Like my other Caroline bonnets, this one features silk ribbon embroidery and petite seed beading on a bonnet made from imported Swiss Batiste.  If you have never felt this type of fabric, you should!  It is the softest, finest cotton I think I have ever touched.
