So I have been crazy busy, which is sometimes a good thing and sometimes a bad thing. The bad thing is the tax man. . . I won't elaborate other than to say that calls from the tax people can make your stomach instantly turn inside out.
I have been playing with the Cricut again. I have been working on more things for the infomercial (well at least that is what I think they are for). This time it is a bunch of wedding stuff. I should take a picture of it all before taking it to Fed Ex today.
I have also been busy creating something for Paper Crafts Magazine! Yay!! I am finally going to have something published. I don't ever have good luck with submitting and getting things accepted to magazines and have only ever had two pubs. So anyway, at CHA one of the editors from Paper Crafts spotted a project of mine that she wanted to use in the magazine. Unfortunately, the project is part of my Big Picture class so they couldn't use it. BUT, I created something else for them and they accepted it!! Yay!! So excited over that.
Okay, I am slowly tinkering away on my BPS class. I have soooo much I want to include and so many idea for things to add, now just to get it all done!
The other big thing going on in our house is a lot of using this:

David and I are on a new diet/exercise program and have finished our first week on it. So far, fairly painless. I thought I would miss my crazy amounts of Dr Pepper through the day, but actually not. The program is kind of a wellness type of thing and offered through my work. Not only is David doing it with me, so are several co-workers. It really is making it so much easier to have the group support at home and at work. I am happy to report that this new diet with has pretty much no sugar, no processed foods, no convenience foods has been great on my stomach. Even if I don't lose any weight, the improved stomach situation is well worth it all.
So along with a bunch of time on the treadmill, I am also using a really cool
Sport Brain pedometer to help track my exercise and steps through the day.

The rule of thumb you always hear with counting steps is that you should aim for 10,000 a day. Oh my!! Do you know how hard that is? Even with spending a good amount of time on the treadmill I still can't hit that 10,000. . . well, yet, but I will, just wait and see. I think I will have a RAK here when I do, that would be fun!
Okay, so that is what's up with me. Scrapping, Cricuting, working on my class, eating good, and walking. Whew! No wonder I am blog slacking.
