If you have come here wondering what is happening on the HHS site today, the answer is I don't know. It seems that there is some time of server problem and half of the site is crashed. Yes, I announced that we were closing but didn't mean like that! Hopefully things will be resolved soon and the entire site will be running as usual soon.
