It has been a while since we posted anything new. I see some sites with new posts everyday. I would put up some new pics if I new how to get them onto this computer. Tammy moved all the pics to her laptop. I found a couple still on here, but there is something wrong with them and they don't reproduce correctly.
Emma has added a few more words to her vocabulary this past week. She has been running around with a harmonica the past couple of days, as well. Jacob and Anna have been well. Jacob recently had an outstanding report card, really raised his grades over last quarter. His teacher is very happy with his recent improvements, as well as Tammy and I.
Tammy has been getting very good response to her scrapbooking skills. She has had more design team offers, and assignments. I was awarded the 2005 Officer of the Year last week. And on March 12 I am leaving for Olive Branch, Mississippi to attend DARE officer school for two weeks. It is just south of Memphis, Tn, about a five hour drive from here.
The most exciting thing is that spring training began this week! Five weeks until opening day.
Emma has started using a new word this week. "Help." Whenever she wants a cookie, or to climb onto a chair, or anay task that needs our assistance. When she has binky in her mouth it sounds more like "He'p."
Recently I had been reading about the FCC requiring all television stations to broadcast in high definition. Some channels have already started to do so ahead of the dead line. So recently I saw that Best Buy was having a sale on televisions and thought it would be a perfect time to upgrade. I ended up getting a 32 inch wide LCD flat panel. A little smaller screen than our older analog RCA, but about 150 pounds lighter, no joke.
Today the cable guy came to install my new HD receiver. WOW! This is awesome. I can not wait for more programming to come in HD. It's almost like having a mini-Imax in my living room. I would strongly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a new TV that you get an HD model, and widescreen.
I can't wait for those HD broadcast Cardinal's games!
