Much to Emma's delight, Sissy has shared some unused colored pencils. Emma loves all of the new colors. She insists on having them all. You can't give her just one or two, nope, she needs the full color spectrum. So far the colored pencils have worked out better than ink pens as far as the furniture goes. But then there is the dining room wall. . . we agree that the white wallpaper is a bit bland, but I think we would have preferred a design a little less impressionistic (uh er, scribbles that is).On a fun note, Emma has also discovered what a neat sound her pencils make as she drops them down the furnace vents. Daddy is so nice, he fishes them out for her every time.
